Gates

May 4, 2010

Aren’t these pretty?

Our pool is now gunited and the electricians are here today. I thought I’d share some pictures of the progress. Jeremy and I watched them work for a couple of hours from upstairs and really appreciated how much physical labor goes into this particular step of the process. Tomorrow tile and coping. Yipee!

It is amazing how fast the gunite comes out of that hose.

amazing photo’s and great inspiration for my design work.

what makes most of these gates so spectacular is the use of stone or brick which draws special attention to the gates….outstanding!

I saw an amazing dining outdoor dining set today. Rectangular table and chairs with a British colonial flair. They are made of Eucalyptus wood that has been scraped and weathered and then whitewashed. When I saw it I thought of your oblong space and how beautiful it would look with all your white columns.
