We are planing on incorporating wood ceilings & or beams in the study, great room, and dining room of our next home. If I had it my way every room would have that detail! Have a wonderful weekend!

Our family room ceilings are so high that I would love to add a coffered ceiling treatment to warm up the space and give the ceiling some interest. Finding a carpenter in this area who is interested in adding a ceiling like that is not easy. There are many things to contend with like light/fan fixture, heating/cooling vents and audio speakers. But doing something with the ceiling it is definitely in my long-term decorating plan. You have given even more examples of ceilings that I could consider. Thanks!
