University Park Redo

I just picked up the latest issue of D Home Magazine and was excited to see Nest (a very fashionable home store in Dallas) owners Heather and Scott Alexander’s University Park home. They rebuilt the home from the studs up which took two years. I wish I could see the before pictures…

I think I am going to have my sister send me this issue!! It has a very Austin style on the exterior, not the overdone typical Dallas exterior (that I still do love and covet)…nice to see something different down in Big D. The detail I love is the marble on the fireplace surround…but I am a bit obsessed with marble right now.
