Anyone who has opened a shelter magazine or has picked up the book “Villa” knows about John Saladino and his Montecito home in California that is currently on the market. I was looking online at real estate (as usual) and came across his beautiful villa and had to share some of the photos of this inspiring property. OK, so 24 mill, got it. But that is the kitchen and those are the appliances? I know the first room that will be receiving a makeover, everything can stay with the exception of the wall ovens under the counter and the cook-top. I am going to assume that there is another kitchen for parties that the caters can use in this home…at least I hope so!
