I was looking for inspiration and came across these images in my inspiration file from last year. It is 219 Northcliff, a project that Brooke Gianetti from Velvet & Linen shared with us last year. Gorgeous!

This may be my all time favorite! Also, I noticed the wallpaper in the 1/2 bath is along the line of your choices for one of the new baths in your remodel.
That is some serious kitchen love for me. And pool love. And guest house love. And just love.
I have the same dining room table chairs from RH. Makes me want to put in wainscoting and wallpaper int he dining room. My husband would kill me…

The first kitchen is really beautiful. It has a wonderful combination of warm and cool elements. The bathroom is another fabric with the more contemporary wallpaper and black furniture.
